Enrollment Casemanager Snyder County, PA $20.50 - $21.50 an hour - Full-time $20.50 - $21.50 an hour - Full-time Enrollment Casemanager Qualified candidates to provide in-home health services enrollment. Associates degree in Human Services required, Bachelor's degree preferred. Please submit resume for consideration. EOE Primary responsibility will be going to different homes to provide information and complete the enrollment process for home health services. Candidates must pass all clearances in order to be considered for the position. Prior experience in healthcare or working with the aging population a plus.
