What You'll Be Doing Surface preparation using diamond grinders, shot blasters, and hand tools Applying polyaspartic floor coatings, primers, and decorative flake systems Setting up job sites including plastic sheeting, dust containment, and masking Loading/unloading equipment and materials from the work vehicle Maintaining tools and equipment in clean, working condition Communicating with the owner and team on job progress and any issues Traveling to residential and commercial job sites within approximately 50 miles of

Ephrata What We're Looking For Required:

Reliable transportation to Ephrata, PA (job sites depart from here) Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet on concrete all day Comfortable working in garages, basements, and outdoor environments Valid driver's license with clean driving record Strong work ethic — we move fast and take pride in quality Preferred (not required): Experience with concrete grinding, floor coatings, or similar trades (painting, concrete, construction) Familiarity with polyaspartic, epoxy, or urethane coating systems Experience operating floor grinders or shot blasters What We Offer $22

• $28/hour depending on experience Full-time, consistent work with a growing company Paid training — we'll teach you the trade if you bring the hustle Opportunity to grow into a lead installer role as we scale Schedule Monday
• Friday, occasional Saturdays Typical start time: early morning Most jobs are single-day completions
