Epoxy Floor Installer / Technician No Experience Needed (Paid Training)

We are hiring Epoxy Floor Installers / Technicians to join our growing concrete coatings team serving the Greater Philadelphia area. No experience is required. We provide paid, hands-on training — we're looking for dependable, hard-working individuals who want to learn a trade and grow with a fast-growing company. You'll work with a team to prep and install polyaspartic and epoxy flooring systems in residential and commercial spaces.

What You'll Be Doing:

Traveling daily from our warehouse to job sites Preparing concrete surfaces and installing floor coatings Working with a crew to complete most jobs in one day Providing excellent customer service on-site Following safety procedures and maintaining clean job sites

Schedule & Pay:

Monday-Friday (some weekends as needed) 40-50 hours per week $800-$2,000 per week Paid biweekly

What We're Looking For:

Reliable and team-oriented Able to lift up to 60 lbs Clean driving record preferred Willing to learn and work with your hands Construction or trade experience a plus, but NOT required
