Job Description
Project Overview We are seeking an experienced flooring installer and carpenter for a small residential restoration project in Nashville, TN. The project involves removal of water-damaged flooring and subfloor, installation of new subflooring, and installation of laminate flooring in a laundry room/rear porch area. The property experienced water damage from a burst water line, resulting in deterioration of the existing floor structure. We are looking for a reliable professional who can complete the work with quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. Scope of Work Remove and dispose of existing water-damaged flooring Remove and replace damaged subfloor as needed Inspect floor framing for visible damage and report findings Install new subfloor material Install approximately 88 square feet of laminate flooring Install transitions and trim as needed Maintain a clean work area throughout the project Complete final cleanup and debris removal
