Role:

Floortek is growing fast, and we are looking for dependable, hardworking Concrete Coating Installers to join our team. In this role, you will work alongside our team to prep, apply, and finish high performance concrete floor coatings. Responsibilities:

• Assist lead installers with surface prep, crack repair, and coating application
• Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized jobsite
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
• Learn and develop skills for advancement into crew leadership roles
• Travel to and from job sites daily (local)

Requirements :

• Valid Tennessee Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
• Ability to lift and move equipment and materials (up to 75 lbs)
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in a physically active role
• Willing to work overtime and Saturdays as needed
• Must be able to pass a background check

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in construction, coatings, flooring, painting, or related trades
• Knowledge of grinders, rollers, sprayers, and other coating equipment (a plus)
• Experience mentoring or training others is a plus (not required)
