We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team. The Installer will be responsible for installing high-end garage products and systems and will be cross-trained on floor coating application. The ideal candidate will have installation experience, strong technical skills, be a confident communicator, and have excellent attention to detail. Qualifications Construction:

2+ years of experience

Carpentry:

2+ years of experience Power tools: 2+ years of experience (impact drill, miter saw, hand grinder etc.) Previous experience in installation or a related field Strong technical skills and the ability to read blueprints and diagrams Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Strong communication skills High school diploma or equivalent Requirements Must have reliable transportation (company trucks are not taken home) Professional, clean, and respectful conduct Positive, customer-focused attitude is a MUST Required to be flexible with scheduling. Schedule depends on the projects Background check and driving record review conducted by the employer in accordance with applicable law. Clean Texas Driver's License required to drive company vehicles. Responsibilities Install and assemble garage components; including steel cabinets, slatwall, car lifts, custom enclosures, and flooring Follow blueprints, diagrams, and instructions to ensure accurate installation Test installed products and systems to ensure proper functionality Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or defects in the installation process Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Training The "Garage Living Way" onboarding varies by person; expect 2-4 weeks of set training After initial training, new Installers are paired with experienced installers for on-the-job training and mentorship as no two jobs are the same Culture Work with premium materials for high end projects; every garage presents unique challenges Crew members care deeply about product quality, brand, and customer experience - you should too If you are a motivated individual with a passion for installation work and a history of exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply for this Garage Living Installer position.
