In this role, you will be responsible for installing high-quality tile surfaces in residential, commercial, and renovation projects. Your expertise will help transform spaces with precision and craftsmanship, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to safety standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, develop your skills, and contribute to beautiful, durable finishes that stand the test of time. Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying necessary waterproofing or underlayment materials Measure spaces accurately and cut tiles using hand tools and power tools to fit designated areas precisely Install tiles on floors, walls, backsplashes, and other surfaces with proper adhesive techniques and caulking for seamless finishes Perform related tasks such as trim carpentry, fixture installation, cabinet setup, and water damage restoration when needed Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards for quality workmanship Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris regularly Skills Extensive experience in flooring installation, tile laying, and construction site work Skilled in using hand tools (trowels, chisels) and power tools (drills, saws) for precise cutting and installation Knowledge of caulking techniques, trim carpentry, and fixture installation processes Familiarity with restoration industry practices including water damage restoration and floor care maintenance Ability to read construction plans accurately and follow detailed instructions for remodeling projects Strong understanding of construction painting, concrete finishing, buffing, and remodeling techniques Experience with handyman tasks such as cabinet installation or general repairs on construction sites Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and clients effectively Join us if you're passionate about craftsmanship in construction!
