We specialize in premium bathroom renovations with a strong focus on craftsmanship, waterproofing, and high-end finishes. We are looking for a skilled, reliable full-time tile installer who takes pride in quality work and wants consistent year-round projects. Responsibilities Measure, cut, lay, and grout tiles with precision on floors, walls, and other surfaces according to project specifications Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying appropriate underlayment or adhesive materials Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for tile cutting, trimming, caulking, and fixture installation Assist with related tasks such as demolition, cabinet installation, trim carpentry, flooring installation, and water damage restoration when needed Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and debris removal on-site Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and meet quality standards Qualifications Proven experience in tile laying, flooring installation, or related construction work Knowledge of construction estimating and blueprint reading techniques Skilled in using hand tools such as trowels, cutters, levels, caulking guns, and power tools including drills and saws Familiarity with schematics, fixture installation, cabinet installation, and restoration processes is a plus Strong understanding of construction site safety protocols and industry best practices Ability to read detailed schematics and technical drawings accurately Prior experience in the restoration industry or water damage restoration is advantageous Excellent attention to detail coupled with good physical stamina for standing, lifting, bending, and working at heights This is a paid position committed to fostering growth in skilled trades.
