Position:
Flooring Installer Join our team and play a key role in installing and finishing a variety of resilient flooring surfaces, including vinyl, laminate, linoleum, and specialty materials.
Responsibilities include:
Preparing floors by cleaning, leveling, and smoothing surfaces Measuring and cutting flooring materials to fit rooms and spaces Applying adhesives or other installation methods according to manufacturer specifications. Ensure all installations meet safety and quality standards Maintain a clean and organized workspace Communicate effectively with supervisors and clients regarding project progress and requirements. Previous experience with floor installation (excluding carpet, wood, and hard tiles) is preferred. Strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential.
