w/in Past 10 Years) Essential duties:

• Perform all assigned tasks in a professional and timely manner.
• Must be able to strip/wax VCT tiles (attention to detail is critical)
• Must know how to burnish floors with a High Speed
• Must be able to extract and bonnet carpets
• Utilize the appropriate chemicals and supplies according to policy and procedure.
• May also be needed to support our janitorial program (other duties as assigned)
• Ability to work with little supervision.
• Reports safety hazards when identified.
• Observe safety precautions at all times, uses safety signs.

Must be able to operate the following pieces of equipment; Low speed Side by Side High Speed Burnish Carpet Extractor Wet /Dry Vacuum Drying Fan Walk Behind scrubber Ride on Scrubber Must be able to verbally describe how to accomplish specific tasks when interviewed.
