ATON Infrastructure Corporation - San Antonio, TX ATON Infrastructure Corporation is seeking a reliable Residential Remodeling Technician to support our renovation and home improvement projects. This role involves hands‑on installation work, job‑site preparation, and assisting lead installers across a variety of residential remodeling tasks. We are looking for someone who brings practical experience, takes pride in quality workmanship, and works well within a professional field crew. Position Summary The Remodeling Technician works directly with project leads to complete residential renovation tasks. Responsibilities include installation support, material handling, surface preparation, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized job environment. Key ResponsibilitiesInstallation & Remodeling Work Assist with flooring, tile, trim, and general carpentry tasks Perform demolition, debris removal, and surface preparation Support installation of materials such as laminate, vinyl, tile, and wood components Mix adhesives, thinset, grout, or patching compounds as directed Measure, cut, and stage materials for installers Operate hand tools and power tools safely and correctly Job‑Site Operations Set up work areas and protect surfaces before installation Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials Follow project plans, measurements, and instructions from lead installers Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site throughout the workday Communicate progress and needs clearly to supervisors Qualifications Hands‑on experience in remodeling, flooring, tile, painting, or general construction Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Familiarity with common hand tools and power tools Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying conditions Professional appearance and adherence to a drug‑ and alcohol‑free workplace
Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
