This is a 1099 subcontractor position . We provide the work, materials, and tools if needed. We are looking for someone reliable, respectful, and ready to work. Responsibilities Hardwood floor installation Glue-down and nail-down installation Sanding and finishing Staining hardwood floors Repairs and lace-ins Basic stair work is a plus+ custom stairs Requirements Experience with hardwood flooring Must show up on time Reliable transportation Professional attitude Respectful and dependable Able to work independently and follow instructions W-9 required Proof of insurance What We Provide Consistent work opportunities Tools available if needed Materials provided Flexible schedule Competitive subcontractor pay Important We are not looking for someone to train but, we might consider training on few circumstances: how long have you been in industry, understending Installations and understending of Sand & Finish.
