Four Brothers Floors & Showers Lead Tile Installer Burlington, VT Website nataliebeliveau7@gmail.com Deadline is August 15, 2026 Posted June 17, 2026 Lead Tile Installer Four Brothers Floors & Showers Pay $32.50-$45.00 per hour Position Overview Four Brothers Floors & Showers is seeking an experienced Lead Tile Installer to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a highly skilled tile professional who takes pride in craftsmanship, can lead projects from start to finish, and consistently delivers exceptional results. The Lead Tile Installer will oversee tile installation projects, maintain the highest quality standards, coordinate with team members, and ensure projects are completed efficiently and professionally. Responsibilities Lead and perform tile installation projects, including floors, showers, backsplashes, and custom tile features Plan layouts and ensure installations are level, square, and visually appealing Prepare surfaces for installation, including waterproofing, underlayment, and substrate preparation Read and interpret plans, drawings, and project specifications Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail Manage jobsite workflow and coordinate with other trades Mentor and assist less experienced installers Identify and solve installation challenges proactively Ensure jobsites remain organized, clean, and safe Communicate professionally with clients and team members Qualifications 5+ years of professional tile installation experience preferred Experience with custom showers, waterproofing systems, and large-format tile Strong understanding of tile layout, cutting, setting, grouting, and finishing techniques Experience leading projects or crews Ability to work independently and make sound decisions Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift and carry materials and work in physically demanding environments What We Offer Competitive pay: $32.50-$45.00/hr based on experience Profit Share Bonus Program Consistent, year-round work Growth and advancement opportunities High-quality projects Supportive team environment Company culture built on quality, craftsmanship, and respect About Four Brothers Floors & Showers At Four Brothers Floors & Showers, we specialize in flooring, tile, showers, and residential remodeling projects.
