In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting various decorative concrete projects by assisting skilled tradespeople, handling materials, and ensuring the smooth progress of daily operations. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple facets of decorative concrete while contributing to high-quality projects.

Responsibilities:

Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing materials and equipment on-site to ensure efficient workflow Operate hand tools and power tools under supervision to perform basic concrete tasks such as grinding, applying cement, etc. Help with site cleanup, debris removal, and maintaining a safe work environment in compliance with safety protocols Support concrete floor coating, finishing, or masonry work as needed Other duties assigned Qualifications Prior experience working with concrete floor coatings Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is advantageous Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively within a team environment Strong work ethic with a focus on safety and quality workmanship Basic understanding of safety standards and protocols Physical stamina to stand, lift heavy objects, and perform manual tasks throughout the workday Must have transportation to get to different job sites Ability to work weekends a must Join our team to build a rewarding career in decorative concrete!
