Floor Care Technician•
No Weekends Positions Available:
2 (Full-Time)
Schedule:
Monday
  • Friday | 5:00 PM
  • 1:30 AM
  • No rotation shifts or weekend hours.
Pay:
$16.00
  • $20.

We are seeking two dedicated Floor Care Technicians to join our growing team. Whether you are an experienced pro or a hardworking individual looking to learn a specialized trade, we provide the tools and training for you to succeed. What Sets This Position Apart?
Mobile Role:
Work across various sites with paid travel time between locations.
Company Perks:
A company vehicle may be provided for use (must have a clean driving record). You can also ride with one of the other team members.
Skill Development:
Learn the art of high-level floor maintenance, including stripping, waxing, and carpet restoration.
Consistent Schedule:
Full-time hours with every weekend off. The Work As a Floor Care Technician, you will be the expert responsible for the "deep clean" that keeps our clients' facilities looking brand new.
Floor Maintenance:
Buffing, stripping, and waxing various floor surfaces.
Carpet Care:
Professional carpet cleaning and spot treatment.
Equipment Mastery:
Operating and maintaining floor scrubbers, buffers, and extractors.
Quality Control:
Taking a "can-do" approach to ensure every site meets our high standards.
Qualifications Experience:
Prior floor care experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic.
Driver Requirements:
Must have a valid Driver's License , a clean driving record, and personal vehicle insurance.
Reliability:
A detail-oriented professional who is punctual and hardworking.
Attitude:
A positive, "extra mile" mindset and the ability to work independently or as a team.
