Job Description

Backyard Escapes is continuing to grow, and we're looking to add an experienced hardscape installer to our team. We specialize in outdoor living spaces — paver patios, retaining walls, and full landscape transformations — and we're looking for someone who takes pride in doing high-quality work. This is not an entry-level position. We're looking for someone who: Has strong experience cutting pavers and wall block Understands layout, grade, and drainage Has worked with Lampus wall systems & pavers Holds a valid driver's license Can operate equipment and assist with jobsite logistics Communicates well with customers Takes pride in showing up and doing things the right way Competitive pay based on experience, with higher earning potential for skills in: Concrete Deck building At Backyard Escapes, we take pride in our work, stay busy, and continue to grow each season. $16.00 - $30.00 per hour
