The Window Tinter will be responsible for applying window films to vehicles while maintaining a focus on precision and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Apply window tinting films to vehicles, ensuring proper alignment and adherence. Utilize power tools and equipment safely and effectively during the tinting process. Conduct auto estimating to determine the necessary materials and time for each project. Collaborate with team members to assemble components as needed for vehicle maintenance. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Inspect completed work for quality assurance, ensuring all installations meet company standards. Assist with automotive repair tasks as required, leveraging mechanic skills when necessary. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in window tinting technology. Skills Proficiency in window tinting techniques, with a keen eye for detail. Experience with power tools and automotive repair processes. Knowledge of ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) is a plus. Strong auto estimating skills to accurately assess project needs. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and team members.
