This position involves installing and servicing residential and commercial glass including shower enclosures, windows, mirrors, and other glass products. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and can work safely with glass and installation tools. Responsibilities Install frameless and framed shower enclosures Install residential and commercial windows Install mirrors, glass panels, and other custom glass products Measure openings and ensure proper fit and alignment Remove and replace damaged or old glass Load, transport, and safely handle glass materials Use hand tools and power tools required for installation Maintain clean and professional job sites Communicate with customers and team members during installs Follow all safety procedures when handling glass and equipment Requirements Experience in glass installation, construction, carpentry, or similar trade preferred Ability to lift and carry heavy glass panels (50-100+ lbs) Comfortable using power tools and installation equipment Valid driver's license preferred Strong attention to detail Reliable and able to show up on time Ability to work independently or with a team Preferred Skills Experience installing frameless shower doors Window replacement experience Basic measuring and layout skills Customer service experience
