Custom Glass of Conway is hiring an

EXPERIENCED

Glazier to join our team! We are a locally owned, family-operated glass company that has proudly served Central Arkansas for over 26 years. We specialize in residential, commercial, and automotive glass and are looking for an experienced glazier to join our growing team.

EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED

Applicants will only be considered if they have at least 1 year of verifiable, professional experience in residential glass, commercial glass, or both while working for a reputable glass company. This is not an entry-level or trainee position. We are looking for someone who already has hands-on experience in the glass industry and understands proper glass handling, installation, and safety procedures.

Responsibilities:

Measure, handle, cut, and install glass safely and accurately Perform residential and/or commercial glass installations Install and replace windows, insulated glass units, mirrors, storefront glass, and other glass products based on experience Properly handle glass, tools, equipment, and customer property Maintain a clean and safe work environment Provide professional and courteous service to customers Assist with shop and field work as needed Work effectively and professionally with other team members

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of professional residential and/or commercial glazing experience Previous employment with a reputable glass company is required Working knowledge of proper glass installation and handling techniques Ability to accurately measure for glass installations Dependable and strong work ethic Professional attitude and appearance Ability to perform the physical requirements of glass installation Valid driver's license Dependable transportation Applicants without the required professional glass experience will not be considered for this position.

Pay:

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
