• Full-time WeatherBarr Windows and Doors is looking to hire a full time Service and Repair Technician The Service & Repair Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining window products installed in residential and commercial properties.

This role ensures customer satisfaction by delivering timely, high-quality service, troubleshooting issues, and supporting product performance in the field. Inspect, diagnose, and repair window products including frames, glass, hardware, and seals Perform service calls at customer homes, job sites, and commercial buildings Identify product defects, installation issues, or damage and recommend appropriate solutions Replace glass panes, screens, weatherstripping, locks, balances, and other window components Adjust and align windows to ensure proper operation and energy efficiency Document service work, parts used, and findings accurately in service reports Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair processes, timelines, and care instructions Maintain service vehicle, tools, and equipment in safe working condition Follow all company safety standards and procedures while on job sites Other job duties as assigned High school diploma or GED required Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Must be at least 21 years of age for insurance purposes Ability to lift and carry up to 50+ lbs and work in varying environments (indoor/outdoor) Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and climb for extended periods Comfortable using hand tools Problem-solving and critical thinking Customer service and communication skills Attention to detail and quality workmanship Time management and ability to work independently WeatherBarr is a third-generation family business rooted in integrity, expertise and innovation.
