WeatherBarr Windows and Doors in Springdale, AR is looking to hire a full-time Window Service & Repair Tech. This position earns a competitive starting wage of $17-$21 depending on experience and a comprehensive benefits package including: Medical insurance with 60% company contribution on premiums Company paid dental insurance Vision insurance Company paid short-term disability Company paid life insurance 401(k) with 4% company contribution Paid vacation time 9 paid holidays This role involves traveling to residential and commercial sites to install, repair, and maintain windows and related components. Install new windows, frames, and glass in homes and commercial buildings. Diagnose and repair issues with existing window systems, including seals, locks, and tracks. Measure and prepare openings for window installation. Remove old or damaged windows safely and efficiently. Ensure all installations meet building codes and safety standards. Communicate with customers to explain work performed and provide maintenance tips. Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and time spent. Keep tools and equipment in good working condition. Valid driver's license and clean driving record Must be at least 21 years of age for insurance purposes High school diploma or equivalent Familiarity with hand and power tools Ability to lift up to 75 lbs Comfortable working at heights and on ladders About WeatherBarr Windows & Doors A third-generation family business since 1934, we manufacture custom windows and doors for dealers in a 9-state region in the Mid-South.
