If you are a skilled professional with experience in residential window installation, we would love to hear from you. We also offer on-the-job training for motivated candidates who are eager to develop their skills and grow into window and door installer roles with Avanti Window and Doors . Walk-ins welcome Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM only ( Bring Resumes) Pay Rate $17.75 - $25.25 per hour (DOE) Responsibilities Demonstrate leadership, strong listening skills, and a willingness to grow Communicate field issues and identify areas for improvement effectively Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality Support and assist team members in daily tasks Follow all company safety guidelines at all times Learn and apply the AIM method through hands-on training Operate tools such as cordless drivers, levels, and nail guns Safely climb ladders and work at heights (this role is not suitable for those afraid of heights) Follow OSHA fall protection procedures Lift up to 50 lbs multiple times per day Work efficiently in a team environment Embrace opportunities for growth within a rapidly expanding company Communicate professionally and manage customer expectations Skills / Knowledge General home construction experience (preferred) Window installation experience (a plus) Valid driver's license (a plus) Team-oriented mindset Qualifications Clean driving record (for operating company vehicles) Ability to perform essential job duties successfully Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities Education / Experience High School Diploma or GED preferred Experience in general construction and/or window and door installation is helpful but not required Computer Skills Basic knowledge of Outlook (email communication) Communication Skills Strong verbal and written English skills Ability to read and interpret product specifications, warranty manuals, and customer orders Strong customer service and professional communication skills Ability to present information clearly and respond to questions from customers and team members Professional phone and email etiquette Professional Skills Team player with a strong desire to learn and grow Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines Ability to build trust and maintain positive working relationships Clean, professional appearance Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Mathematical Skills Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division Ability to calculate measurements, percentages, and dimensions Understanding of basic geometry and general business math Physical Demands Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands, reach, and communicate Occasionally required to sit, bend, stoop, or crouch Ability to lift and move materials (up to 50 lbs regularly; occasional lighter lifting) Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, and depth perception Work schedule and hours may vary depending on business needs
