Goodmans is looking for a reliable Installer to join our Phoenix team—someone who takes pride in doing the job right and being part of a solid crew. What You'll Be Doing You'll be out in the field delivering and installing furniture at customer sites. This is hands-on work where no two days are exactly the same. Deliver and install furniture safely and efficiently Handle tools, materials, and equipment with care Read job details and make sure everything is completed correctly Spot and report any issues, punch list items, or changes Work closely with your team to get the job done right Represent Goodmans professionally on-site What We're Looking For Experience with installation, construction, moving, or similar work Someone dependable who shows up ready to work Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to solve problems on the fly Team player with a positive attitude Commitment to safety The Work This is a physical, active job.

You should be comfortable:

Lifting and carrying 50+ lbs regularly Pushing/pulling heavier items with help Standing, walking, bending, climbing, and moving throughout the day Using tools and working with your hands Traveling occasionally (including some out-of-state jobs) Meeting DOT clearance requirements How We Work We don't just "get it done"—we do it better every time.
