Full Job Description Description:
We are looking for an experienced Window Installer to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for installing vinyl, aluminum, and retro-fit windows and doors while delivering high-quality workmanship and outstanding customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
Performing quality window and door installations on time and within budget Conducting inventory checks and ensuring all tools and materials are ready before each job Minimizing material waste and leaving job sites clean Submitting accurate paperwork and time cards Building strong relationships with customers and superintendents Maintaining and protecting tools, equipment, and your installation truck Supporting and training fellow team members as needed
Requirements:
Proven experience as a window installer or in a similar role Valid driver's license with insurance company approval Strong time management, communication, and customer service skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
