We specialize in window tint, PPF, and ceramic coatings on luxury and high-end vehicles. 5-star rated, consistent job volume, heading into busy season. This is not a training position. Applicants without tint experience will not be considered. Responsibilities Install window tint on luxury and EV vehicles, including Tesla Model 3 back glass and Model Y sunroofs Handle both plotter and hand-cut materials Perform full windshield and sunroof installs Maintain clean installs with minimal to no debris — no warranty work standard Communicate professionally with team and clients Requirements Proven experience as a window tint installer, preferably on luxury vehicles Proficient in both plotter and hand-cut methods Experience with Xpel or other premium tint films preferred PPF and ceramic coating experience a plus — additional earning opportunity Strong attention to detail and cleanliness Compensation Commission-based pay Additional compensation for PPF and ceramic coating experience
