Responsibilities Support window installers by preparing materials, tools, and work areas for installation projects Assist with heavy lifting of windows, glass panels, and framing components to ensure safe handling Use hand tools and power tools to remove old windows, trim, or framing as needed Read blueprints and schematics to understand project specifications and installation requirements Help with fabrication and assembly of window frames, trim carpentry, and metal stud framing Perform caulking, fixture installation, cabinet installation, and door hanging tasks under supervision Maintain a clean and organized work environment on construction sites to promote safety and efficiency Qualifications Prior experience or familiarity with construction site work is preferred but not required Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and basic carpentry techniques is highly desirable Ability to lift heavy materials safely and perform physically demanding tasks regularly Basic understanding of blueprint reading and schematics for construction projects Experience with glass installation, remodeling, or handyman work is a plus Strong attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills Valid driver's license or reliable transportation is beneficial for job site access This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to build a career in construction or remodeling.
