The majority of our projects are local, allowing for consistent schedules and minimal travel. Job Summary The Door & Window (ATA) Assistant is responsible for assisting the ATA Director in coordinating and supporting all door and window-related activities for assigned projects. This role handles inquiries, measurements, system-based computations, documentation, material recommendations, ordering, delivery coordination, installation support, and client billing. The position works closely with project managers, superintendents, office staff, vendors, and clients to ensure accuracy, quality, and timely completion. Key Responsibilities Assist with installation of doors and windows Load, unload, and transport materials and tools Measure and prepare openings for installation Support job site setup and cleanup Follow instructions from lead installers and supervisors Maintain a safe and organized work environment Qualifications Previous construction or installation experience preferred (but not required) Ability to use basic hand and power tools Physically able to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team Willingness to learn and follow directions Requirements Valid driver's license (preferred) Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Strong work ethic and positive attitude Application Information We welcome
