The ideal candidate will have experience in vehicle enhancement services, with a focus on applying paint protection film and window tinting. This role involves working with various tools and materials to deliver high-quality finishes that meet customer expectations. Candidates with dealership experience, mechanical knowledge, or auto body repair background are highly encouraged to apply. The position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about automotive aesthetics and protection to grow their skills in a professional environment. Duties Install paint protection film (PPF) on various vehicle surfaces with precision and attention to detail Apply window tinting films, ensuring proper fit and adherence for a flawless appearance Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment such as airless paint sprayers, buffing machines, and auto glass tools Perform vehicle maintenance tasks including minor repairs, detailing, and auto restoration as needed Conduct quality checks on completed installations to ensure durability and aesthetic standards are met Assist with vehicle preparation, including cleaning, masking, and surface preparation before installation Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times Qualifications Prior dealership experience or background in auto body repair, auto painting, or auto restoration is preferred Mechanical knowledge and experience working with hand tools, power tools, and buffing equipment Familiarity with vehicle maintenance procedures and auto glass installation is advantageous Experience with auto estimating or customer service in an automotive setting is a plus Ability to handle heavy lifting safely and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results Excellent manual dexterity and steady hand for precise application of films and tinting materials Knowledge of welding or airless paint spraying is beneficial but not required Auto mechanic experience or familiarity with vehicle systems can be an asset What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience.
