Hello! Here at Graffiti Shield, Inc. we manufacture and install Anti-Graffiti films. We are currently looking for one person to join our installation department. We do a wide range of jobs, and we encourage you to look at our website, and social media to really see what we do. www.graffiti-shield.com The ideal candidate will be a local to the Orange County/LA County area with reliable transportation to and from the office located in Anaheim. Once at the office you will be assigned a work truck to use each day.

(will be checked bi-annually) Will be required to work a flexible schedule that consists of the following:

Basic Film Practices:

Experience with installing film We provide training Adhesive removal experience Film removal experience All tools needed will be provided

Common Practices:

Communication skills, taking instructions over the phone, and overall technical skills with cell phones. Ability to work well with others; may work solo or on a team May have direct customer liaison responsibilities, and must always act in a professional manner. Organization is key Ability to keep track of work done Safe driving practices Hours would be Monday-Friday, Saturday if necessary for work overflow. Hours vary per day/per job. Typical start time ranges from 4am-6am, but could be earlier or later depending on the job/customer. This is an hourly and square footage bonus commission based job. To start you would get $20 an hour for training. Once approved (2-3 months) depending on experience/skill set, you will move to another hourly rate plus bonus commission based. (we have a 4 tier level system for pay allowing opportunity for growth) Hourly pay after training ranges from $20-$40 per hour depending on your skill set. We also do prevailing wage jobs daily, and the pay range for those are $50-$80 per hour. Commercial Square Footage Bonus (daily) 100 sqft $ 50.00 200 sqft $ 100.00 300 sqft $ 150.00 This equals to about $70,000 a year to $90,000+ per year depending on overall performance and skill set.
