Scope of Work 1. Siding Replacement Full re-side of the affected area — removal of ALL composite wood siding in shown section and full reinstall
Location:
west-facing side of house, back section only (not a full wrap-around) Approx. 205 sq ft Second story — ladder/lift access required
Material:
composite wood siding, matching existing style Painted to match existing siding color of other areas. proceeding with painted composite only 2. Window Trim (Cosmetic Only) 2 large windows + 2 small glass-block style windows, same area as siding work Trim boards only (~4 ft pieces) removed and replaced — window units themselves not affected Seal trim around windows

$2,200.00 per week
