Lead Installer Glazing & Windows

About the Role We're looking for a skilled and dependable Lead Installer to join our glazing team. This role leads by example in performing high-quality installations of windows, patio doors, showers, and more — ensuring precision, safety, and great customer experiences every time. As the face of our company on-site, you'll deliver craftsmanship our clients can trust and guide junior installers toward excellence. Key Responsibilities Perform and oversee installation of glass, windows, doors, showers, screens, and closets. Take accurate measurements and scope each job properly. Train and mentor junior installers to improve quality and efficiency. Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards. Communicate clearly with customers and internal staff. Maintain clean work vehicles, tools, and job sites. Troubleshoot installation challenges and resolve issues professionally. Complete all documentation and customer sign-offs accurately and promptly. Conduct post-install follow-ups to confirm satisfaction and address concerns. Recommend process or product improvements based on field experience.

Qualifications Required:

Glazing or installation experience in construction Construction safety awareness and compliance Valid driver's license and clean driving record Eligibility to work in the U.S.

Pay:

$25.67 - $30.91 per hour
