This position offers an opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from installing custom windows to finishing interior and exterior trim. We value energetic, motivated professionals who take pride in their work and are eager to contribute to high-quality residential carpentry projects. Responsibilities Measure, cut, assemble, and install windows, doors, trim, moldings, and other finish carpentry components according to construction plans and specifications Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and construction plans to ensure accurate installation and finishing details Use hand tools and power tools for woodworking safely and efficiently, including saws, drills, sanders, and nail guns Prepare surfaces by caulking, sealing, or applying finishing materials to ensure smooth, professional results Perform heavy lifting of materials such as wood panels, siding, or fixtures while maintaining safety protocols Maintain a clean and organized work environment; adhere to all safety standards including power tool safety and proper handling of construction materials Requirements Proven experience in residential carpentry or finish carpentry installation Skilled in using hand tools and power tools specific to woodworking and framing tasks Knowledge of construction site safety procedures and ability to follow safety guidelines at all times Ability to interpret technical drawings, construction plans, and technical specifications accurately Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights or in confined spaces as required on construction sites Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills; ability to adapt quickly to project changes or challenges Have a positive and respectful attitude towards other trades we work closely with.
