Duties Prepare vehicle windows by cleaning and masking surfaces to ensure optimal adhesion of tint films Measure, cut, and fit tint films precisely using manual glass cutting tools and power tools Apply tint films smoothly onto vehicle windows, avoiding bubbles, creases, or imperfections Handle glass materials carefully during installation, repair, or replacement processes Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools, materials, and equipment between job sites Assist with automotive glass replacement or repair as needed, including auto body repair tasks Conduct vehicle maintenance checks and ensure all tools and equipment are maintained in excellent condition Follow safety protocols related to power tool usage and glass handling to prevent injuries Provide excellent customer service by explaining the tinting process and addressing client questions professionally Skills Proven dealership experience or automotive background with knowledge of auto glass installation and repair Strong mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools safely Familiarity with ADAS (Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems) considerations during window tinting or glass work Skilled in manual glass cutting, fitting glass installation, and automotive glass replacement techniques Ability to handle heavy lifting safely when working with large glass panels or materials Knowledge of auto estimating procedures for repairs or customizations is a plus Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients Experience in auto body repair or automotive mechanic work enhances your versatility in this role Embark on a career where your craftsmanship makes a visible difference!
