Job Description
Glass Railing and Shower InstallerLocation Irvine, California Job Overview Our growing company specializes in high end modern stairs, railings, and custom glass systems for both residential and corporate/commercial projects throughout Southern California. We are seeking a motivated and skilled Glass Railing Installer with construction experience who is eager to grow in a fast paced, detail oriented environment. This position involves a combination of shop fabrication work and onsite installation. The ideal candidate is hands on, reliable, respectful, and takes pride in delivering high quality finished work. Compensation $28-$35 per hour, depending on experience Performance and merit based bonus opportunities Opportunity for advancement into a Lead Installer role Responsibilities Take accurate field measurements and create templates for glass panels Assist with fabrication and material preparation in the shop Deliver and install glass railing systems, including: Frameless glass railings Standoff systems Base shoe systems Install and assist with: Glass panels Wood, stainless steel, and metal handrails Drill, anchor, and secure systems into wood and concrete surfaces Safely transport and handle glass materials Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites Work efficiently with team members to complete projects on schedule Follow engineering plans, instructions, and project guidelines Wear company uniform and maintain professional appearance Follow all workplace safety protocols Requirements Minimum 2 years of construction or installation experience Experience with glass, railings, carpentry, or similar trades preferred Basic knowledge of: Power tools Measuring and layout Installation processes Strong attention to detail and high end finish quality Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Positive attitude, self motivated, and eager to learn Respectful, dependable, and able to take direction well Strong work ethic and team oriented mindset Basic English communication skills for safety and teamwork Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to complete Form I-9 Preferred Experience Carpentry or woodworking Window or glass installation Patio, pool, or exterior construction Experience in high end residential or commercial construction Work Environment Combination of shop work and field installation Residential homes and corporate/commercial job sites Indoor and outdoor work environments Physically active role involving lifting, carrying, and installation work Growth Opportunity We are looking for someone optimistic, ambitious, hardworking, and ready to grow with the company.
