Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Window Tint Installer to join our dynamic automotive service team. In this role, you will be responsible for professionally applying window tinting films to vehicles, enhancing their appearance, privacy, and UV protection. Your expertise will help ensure each installation meets high-quality standards, providing customers with a sleek finish and improved driving comfort. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about automotive customization and repair, with a focus on precision and customer satisfaction. Duties Prepare vehicle windows by cleaning and masking areas to ensure a flawless tint application Measure and cut tinting film accurately to fit various vehicle window sizes and shapes Install window tint films using hand tools, power tools, and specialized techniques to achieve smooth, bubble-free results Inspect completed work for quality assurance, ensuring adherence to safety standards and customer specifications Assist with vehicle maintenance tasks such as glass installation, auto body repairs, or detailing as needed Operate heavy lifting equipment safely when handling large or awkwardly shaped tint rolls or vehicle parts Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored after use Experience Prior dealership experience or background in automotive repair is highly preferred Familiarity with ADAS (Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems) technology and auto glass installation enhances your versatility in the role Hands-on experience with window tinting, auto body repair, or vehicle detailing is advantageous Mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems supports accurate assessments and efficient work flow Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and assembly techniques ensures precise installations Experience in auto estimating or vehicle maintenance contributes to overall job performance Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods is essential for success in this role Join us if you're eager to develop your skills in automotive customization while delivering top-tier service!
