Responsibilities Prepare vehicle surfaces by cleaning and masking areas to ensure precise tint application. Measure and cut window tinting films accurately to match vehicle specifications. Apply tint films smoothly and securely using hand tools and power tools, avoiding bubbles or imperfections. Inspect completed work for quality, ensuring adherence to safety standards and customer expectations. Assist with vehicle maintenance tasks such as glass installation, auto body repair, or detailing as needed. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including proper handling and disposal of materials. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and uphold high standards of craftsmanship. Requirements Previous experience with window tinting or auto glass installation is highly preferred. Dealership experience or familiarity with automotive environments is a plus. Basic mechanical knowledge and experience with hand tools and power tools are essential. Knowledge of ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) and auto estimating is advantageous. Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physical tasks throughout the day. Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
