About Us We're a highly rated glass company because we emphasize quality, punctuality, and dependability. This isn't a typical 9-5; jobs come in fast, and we need a reliable crew who can be on-site quickly. You'll be joining a small close-knit team. Requirements 5+ years of experience installing glass (windows, skylights, showers, storefronts, etc.) Comfortable working at heights and with very heavy glass Valid CA driver's license + reliable transportation (non-negotiable) Own basic hand tools Must live within 15 miles of Marina del Rey — no exceptions due to traffic and job timing What We Offer From $30/hr depending on experience Health and dental insurance (after 90 days full-time) Retirement savings plan (CalSavers) Quarterly performance and company profit-based bonuses Overtime opportunities available Large tools provided 30+ hours/week To Apply Please submit your resume and 2 work references.
