We are currently looking for a skilled Window Tint Installer to join our team on an on-call / per-job basis , with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role as workflow increases. This position is ideal for an experienced installer looking for consistent work and long-term growth within a shop focused on quality and efficiency. Responsibilities Install automotive window tint on a variety of vehicles (sedans, SUVs, trucks, luxury vehicles) Perform clean, precise installations including rear windshields Prepare vehicles properly (cleaning, prep work, masking) Maintain tools, workspace, and installation standards Assist with PPF and vinyl wrap projects when needed Ensure all work meets quality standards before vehicle delivery Requirements Experience installing automotive window tint Ability to complete full vehicle installs cleanly and efficiently Strong attention to detail (no bubbles, contamination, or lifting) Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Ability to work in a fast-paced shop environment Preferred (Not Required) Experience with paint protection film (PPF) Experience with vinyl wrap installations Background in automotive detailing or customization
