Replacement Windows Subcontractor

Job Summary We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Replacement Window Subcontractors to work with our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing both Retrofit and Full Frame/Nail Fin Style replacement windows in residential properties, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. Duties Measure window openings accurately. Remove old or damaged windows safely and efficiently, employing hand tools and power tools as needed. Install new window units with precision, ensuring proper alignment, sealing, and caulking for optimal insulation. Perform trim carpentry, frame carpentry, and metal stud framing to prepare openings for window installation. Use glass installation techniques to handle and secure glass panes safely while maintaining quality standards. Complete fabrication or modifications of window components in manufacturing or remodeling settings as required. Conduct heavy lifting of window units and related materials while adhering to safety protocols. Apply construction painting, caulking, and fixture installation skills to finish projects professionally. Read blueprints and schematics thoroughly to follow project specifications accurately. Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools, disposing of debris, and ensuring safety compliance on-site. Experience Proven experience in construction & remodeling projects involving window replacement or similar tasks. Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, glass installation, and fixture setup in construction or remodeling environments. Strong background in construction site experience. Prior handyman experience or general remodeling background is highly desirable.. Knowledge of construction caulking, trim carpentry.
