Job Description

We are seeking experienced glaziers to join our team in San Diego. We specialize in high-end custom glass railings and frameless shower enclosures for residential and commercial projects throughout San Diego County.
OPEN POSITIONS
•Lead Installer Minimum 5 years of experience installing glass railings and frameless shower enclosures Ability to run projects independently and lead a crew Experience with base shoe systems, spigots, standoffs, and custom glass installations Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail •Installer Helper Minimum 2 years of experience in the glass industry Experience assisting with glass railings and frameless shower enclosure installations Ability to safely handle and install heavy glass
REQUIREMENTS
Glass industry experience is mandatory Professional appearance and positive attitude Must be reliable, punctual, and hardworking Must communicate professionally with customers, contractors, and coworkers Clean driving record preferred Ability to lift and carry heavy glass safely Must take pride in producing high-quality work We work on high-end residential homes, custom glass railing systems, and frameless shower enclosure projects. We are looking for team members who care about craftsmanship, customer service, and representing the company professionally.

Applicants without glass industry experience will not be considered.
Compensation:
