We are looking for an experienced, detail oriented installer who takes pride in their craftsmanship and wants to grow with a company that values quality over shortcuts. This is an opportunity to work on luxury, exotic, performance, and high end vehicles while being part of a professional team committed to excellence. Responsibilities Install Paint Protection Film (PPF) on a variety of vehicles Install automotive window tint with precision and consistency Properly prepare vehicle surfaces prior to installation Perform quality control inspections before vehicle delivery Maintain a clean and organized work environment Follow company installation standards and procedures Work efficiently while maintaining exceptional quality Qualifications Previous PPF installation experience required Previous automotive window tint experience required Experience with XPEL products preferred Experience with plotter software is a plus Ability to hand cut and bulk install is a major advantage Strong attention to detail Reliable transportation Professional attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We Are Looking For We are not looking for average installers. Top performers will have opportunities for long term growth within the company. Screening Questions How many years of PPF installation experience do you have? Which brands have you worked with? (XPEL, STEK, SunTek, 3M, Avery, Other) Can you perform bulk installations and hand cutting without relying entirely on a plotter? Do you have photos or videos of previous work? Are you willing to complete a paid hands on installation test?
