Duties Measure and cut window tint films accurately to fit various vehicle windows using specialized tools and techniques Prepare vehicle surfaces by cleaning, removing old tint, and ensuring proper adhesion for a seamless application Install window tint films with precision, avoiding bubbles, creases, or imperfections for a professional finish Use hand tools and power tools safely to trim, shape, and secure tint films during installation Conduct quality checks on completed work to ensure durability, appearance, and customer satisfaction Assist with vehicle maintenance tasks such as glass replacement or minor auto body repairs when needed Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times Requirements Proven experience in window tinting or automotive film installation, preferably within a dealership or automotive service environment Knowledge of ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), auto glass, auto body repair, and vehicle maintenance is highly desirable Mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools for precise work Familiarity with auto estimating processes and vehicle assembly procedures is a plus Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physical tasks involving heavy lifting regularly Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills to handle various vehicle types and challenges Automotive repair or mechanic experience is advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential Join us in delivering top-tier automotive enhancements through expert window tinting!
