In person About the Position M&M Glass Inc. is looking for an experienced Glazier / Glass Installer to join our team. We are seeking someone with hands-on residential and commercial glazing experience who takes pride in quality workmanship, works safely, is dependable, and can represent our company professionally at customer locations and construction job sites. Starting pay will be based on demonstrated glazing experience, qualifications, skill level, and ability to work independently. Candidates with strong experience in commercial storefronts, doors and hardware, glass replacement, shower enclosures, field measurements, and troubleshooting may qualify toward the higher end of the pay range. Responsibilities Install and replace residential and commercial glass Install commercial storefront framing, glass, entrance doors, and related hardware Install frameless and framed shower enclosures Measure, cut, handle, and install glass safely and accurately Install mirrors, glass shelving, and other custom glass products Perform glass replacement and re-glazing Remove broken or damaged glass and prepare openings for replacement Install door closers, thresholds, panic hardware, and related door hardware Perform accurate field measurements Read basic plans, shop drawings, and measurements Load, unload, transport, and properly secure glass and materials Maintain company tools, vehicles, and equipment Keep job sites and work areas clean and organized Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, project managers, and other trades Follow company and jobsite safety requirements Assist other installers and team members as needed Qualifications Glazing or glass installation experience preferred Commercial storefront experience strongly preferred Residential glass and shower enclosure experience preferred Knowledge of glass, aluminum, sealants, glazing materials, and common hardware Ability to accurately use a tape measure and basic glazing tools Ability to safely lift and handle glass and construction materials Comfortable working from ladders and performing physical work throughout the day Ability to work independently and troubleshoot field conditions Good communication and customer-service skills Dependable and punctual Valid driver's license required Professional appearance and attitude What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who: Takes pride in quality workmanship Pays attention to detail Shows up on time and is dependable Works safely Takes care of company tools and equipment Works well with coworkers and other trades Is willing to learn and improve Can solve problems in the field Treats customers and their property with respect Understands the importance of teamwork Physical Requirements This position requires regular standing, bending, lifting, carrying, climbing ladders, and handling glass and construction materials. Compensation $20.00-$35.00 per hour Starting rate is based on demonstrated experience, qualifications, skill level, and ability to work independently.
