This position is ideal for individuals looking to start their career in the windows and home improvement industry. As an Entry Level Window Installer, you will work under the guidance of an experienced Crew Lead to assist with various installation tasks and responsibilities ensuring high-quality workmanship. Responsibilities Progress through our Apprentice --> Crew Lead training program. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various installation tasks. Lift heavy windows and occasionally operate on ladders, scaffolding, and lifts. Participate in window remodel site responsibilities, including window staging, set up, tear-out, and material handling. Support the crew in customer management and various paperwork Engage in trim carpentry, frame carpentry, and caulking tasks as part of the installation process. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to minimize risks on the job site. Experience While prior experience is not mandatory, candidates with background knowledge or skills in the following areas will be considered a plus: Construction experience Retrofit window installation experience Carpentry techniques Customer service abilities Strong desire for personal growth and desire to learn This role is perfect for individuals eager to learn and grow within the construction industry while gaining hands-on experience in various installation projects.
