This position requires a minimum of 5 years of residential glass installation experience with a glass company. Applicants who do not possess this experience should not apply. Resumes that do not clearly demonstrate the required experience will be rejected. Duties Install and replace residential windows, including retrofit window replacements. Replace insulated glass units (IGUs) in residential windows and doors. Repair and replace window hardware. Cut glass accurately and safely. Accurately measure openings and read a tape measure. Diagnose and resolve residential window and glass-related issues in the field. Safely transport, handle, and install glass products. Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle, tools, and work area. Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, and management. Complete installations efficiently while maintaining City Glass quality and safety standards. Qualifications & Requirements Minimum 5 years of residential glass installation experience with a glass company (required).

Proven experience with:

Retrofit window replacements Insulated glass unit (IGU) replacements Residential window installation and repair Window hardware replacement and repair Glass cutting Ability to accurately read a tape measure. Ability to lift and carry heavy glass units weighing 75 pounds or more . Self-motivated and able to work independently. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment. Technically competent and able to communicate effectively both internally and externally. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening. What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience.
