Commercial Glazier Location:

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (First Shift) Position Overview We are hiring an experienced Commercial Glazier to support installation of glass systems on a variety of commercial construction projects. This is a hands-on role working in the field, with opportunities to take the lead on smaller crews when needed. The ideal candidate has strong glazing experience, can read blueprints, and understands how to properly prepare and execute installations from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Install glass for commercial projects including storefronts, windows, curtain walls, and doors Assist with prepping frames, anchors, and flashing prior to installation Follow and interpret blueprints and job specifications Safely operate or guide use of equipment such as forklifts and glass manipulators Understand proper layout and sequencing for setting glass units Perform caulking, sealing, and final cleanup Work closely with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely Occasionally help guide or support small crews (2-3 people) on job sites Project Types Storefront systems Storefront doors Windows and peaked glass Curtain wall systems Commercial new construction Qualifications 5+ years of commercial glazing experience (required) Ability to read blueprints and layout work Skilled in glass installation tools, materials, and techniques Mechanically inclined with strong problem-solving ability Ability to read a tape measure accurately Experience in glazing or carpentry Experience on commercial construction job sites What Makes a Strong Candidate Takes pride in quality workmanship Strong focus on safety Positive, team-oriented attitude Ability to prepare for jobs and anticipate needs Reliable and consistent work ethic Solution-oriented mindset on job sites Work Environment Field-based role across the Denver metro area Primarily commercial construction job sites Collaboration with small crews on active builds Why Join Consistent local work (no long-distance travel) Opportunity to grow into a lead role Work on a wide range of commercial glazing projects Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Commerce City, CO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $37.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
