This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and wants to learn a specialized trade with opportunities for growth. Compensation & Schedule $21-$25 per hour , depending on experience Minimum guarantee of 15 hours per week Part-time position with potential for additional hours as workload increases Workdays and start locations vary depending on project schedules What You'll Do Assist with residential and commercial window tint installations Help prepare windows and job sites for installation Handle materials, tools, ladders, and equipment Support measuring, cutting, and installing film products Maintain a clean and organized work environment Follow company safety and quality standards Travel to job sites throughout the Denver Metro area What the Work Is Like This isn't a typical indoor job or repetitive warehouse work. You'll be traveling around the city and working in a variety of environments, from high end homes to commercial buildings and unique specialty projects. You'll get to see behind the scenes in places most people never step into, work on interesting installations, and experience a wide variety of job sites. Some days are straightforward and focused, and others feel more like an adventure as we move across different parts of the city and tackle new challenges. Requirements Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Ability to lift 50+ pounds Comfortable working on ladders Strong attention to detail Professional appearance and attitude Dependable and punctual Willingness to learn and take direction Background check will be performed (clean background required, no felony convictions) Smoke-free workplace (no smoking/vaping during work hours or in company vehicles) Transportation & Meeting Location Employees will typically meet at a designated location within the Denver Metro area and travel to job sites together in a company vehicle when applicable. Experience Previous experience in construction, window film, glazing, signs and graphics, painting, flooring, or other skilled trades is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
