Littleton, CO Job Details Full-time $70,000 - $100,000 a year 1 day ago Benefits On-the-job training Employee discount Opportunities for advancement Qualifications Customer communication Driver's License Attention to detail Quality inspection Window tinting Full Job Description Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Window Tint and Paint Protection Film (PPF) Installer to join our team in Colorado Springs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to producing high-quality work. This position requires hands-on installation experience and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities Install automotive window tint on a wide range of vehicles Install paint protection film (full front, partial, and full vehicle applications) Perform proper surface preparation and post-install finishing Inspect work to ensure quality standards are met (no contamination, creases, or lifting) Maintain a clean and organized workspace Communicate professionally with customers when necessary Assist with vinyl graphics or wrap projects as needed Qualifications Prior experience installing automotive window tint preferred (but willing to train the right candidate) PPF installation experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate) Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Ability to hand-cut and/or work with pre-cut kits Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Preferred Skills Experience with ceramic and carbon films Experience using plotter software Vinyl wrap or graphics installation experience Strong problem-solving skills Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable working in a shop environment
