Job Description
Overview Ready to take your window tint skills to the next level? Polar Tint Parker North is hiring a Window Tint Installer to join our growing team. This role is a great fit for someone with 1-2 years of hands-on tinting experience who's looking to sharpen their craft and grow alongside a crew that takes pride in quality work. What you'll actually be doing You'll install window film on residential, commercial, and automotive glass with precision and care, prep and clean surfaces to ensure a flawless finish every time, and work directly with our team to keep jobs moving efficiently and on schedule. As you grow with us, you'll take on more complex installs and keep building your skill set. Room to grow We also offer ceramic coating, paint protection film (PPF), vehicle wraps, and graphics — all skills you can learn and add to your toolkit over time as part of our team. What you bring 1-2 years of window tint installation experience — you know your way around a blade, squeegee, and heat gun, and you're comfortable with the fundamentals of the trade. You're detail-oriented, take pride in a clean install, and are looking for a shop where you can keep growing your skills.
