Experienced Glass Installer / Glazier

What You'll Do:
Perform expert installations of windows, showers, mirrors, door hardware, and other glass products Read and interpret work orders to meet and exceed customer expectations Follow all company safety and quality standards Mentor Apprentice/Helper Technicians and support team success Use safe handling, loading/unloading, and prep work Keep job sites and vehicles clean and organized
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in glass installation, glazing, or a related trade Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team Strong communication, customer service and problem-solving skills A positive, reliable team player Ability to lift and safely handle heavy glass and equipment (up to 100 lbs) Mechanical or construction aptitude - Ability to use tape measures, levels, drills, saws, glass-specific tools, etc. Valid driver's license with a clean driving recordHigh school diploma or equivalent Must be able to obtain OSHA, Forklift, and other certifications as needed. Physical Demands & Work Environment While performing the duties of this role, the employee will be regularly required to: Stand, walk, bend, climb, and use hands to handle materials or tools Reach above the head with arms and hands Stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and work in confined or awkward positions Push, pull, talk, and hear in both indoor and outdoor settings The employee must be able to: Lift and/or move objects weighing up to 100 pounds Safely work at heights, including on ladders up to 24 feet Tolerate exposure to a variety of temperatures, including extreme heat or cold depending on job location and season Additional Details FLSA Classification /
